* This swim is worth taking the day off for. Make the most of this amazing location, come early enjoy lunch with family and friends, at many of the amazing cafes and restaurants along the foreshore then join us for a Friday afternoon ocean swim in one of the most crystal clear and untouched waters of the east coast. This jewel of a swim is totally hidden from the elements of wind and swell and while hugging the shoreline gives all swimmers the confidence of swimming in the open sea.

Just one half of a kilometre. What a great little distance for the kids and for those that just want to feel the salt on their skin.

A deep water start and frolic around a pristine 1 km course.

A deep water start, this race merges with the 3.8 km swim for 1 lap of the same course as the longer 3.8 km swim.

Give this one a crack. With a deep water start, swimmers will hug the shoreline for 2 luxurious laps.
